The most renowned researchers in the field have been invited to give Plenary Lectures, while for the State-of-the-Art lectures ISTH have invited both established clinicians and scientists as well as rising stars in the field. In addition, many of the Abstract Symposia will be introduced by a lecture of an expert with a wide knowledge in the field.
