SHOT, MHRA and UKTLC are pleased to announce a joint webinar covering the importance of learning from incidents and the principles of investigating incidents. We will include some illustrative cases to highlight key learning points.
This 90-minute webinar is free to access and will include:
A 60 minute presentation on: An overview of SHOT’s Human Factors work, regulatory aspects from MHRA, UKTLC survey results and standards, and resources from SHOT. This will include illustrative cases from previous Annual SHOT Reports and will also cover the importance of learning from day to day events and excellence.
A 25 minute interactive Q&A session
