Sara Wright is a Consultant Clinical Scientist at NHSBT, specialising in red cell immunohaematology and complex transfusion cases. She has held national leadership roles including NEQAS SAG Chair and Clinical Scientist Exit Exam Lead Assessor, alongside co-authoring audits to improve practice. Passionate about mentoring and professional development, Sara supports the BBTS Communications Committee in promoting engagement, sharing expertise, and raising the profile of transfusion science.
