Rebecca Braund is a lead specialist with over 15 years of experience in blood component manufacturing. She currently leads the development of a novel blood product for military use and has expertise in both open (non-sterile) and closed (sterile) processing environments. Rebecca joined the council in 2022 and is a member of the communications committee, supporting the publication Bloodlines. Outside of work, she is a keen cyclist and enjoys spending time outdoors.
